Maersk is a global leader in shipping and logistics, operating across complex supply chains and customer needs. We partnered with leadership to evolve their .com experience from a broad, unfocused platform into a more targeted and conversion-oriented product.

The existing website served too many audiences and lacked clear pathways for new customers. By aligning stakeholders around core business priorities, we created a simpler structure, clearer journeys and a more intuitive navigation model.

At the same time, we helped define a long-term vision focused on increasing digital adoption - moving away from manual processes and enabling scalable, self-serve customer experiences.
